Ta-daa! I'm Lily!
Name given by yours truly since he called me Fei Fei lol.
Btw, this is Mr. Billy on normal days. Now you know why he's Lily eh? ;)

Stupid/weird/funny things we did during Intro to Advertising lecture. It's a freaking 3 hours class and the lecturer is so goddamn monotonous aka boring. Some end up sleeping, some went for a smoke, some busy with their lappies, some went out to eat and clowns like us did that to entertain those around us.
:D

And finally i can have at least a day or two off. And then i have 3 assignments on hold, all meeting the same deadline, again. Shiiiies. Anyway, we'll be having a trip to Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah tmrw to interact with those mentally ill patients to understand more about their behavior and what leads them to be that way. Don't know what to expect, but kinda excited for it somehow.

Hoping for a great day tomorrow! =)

Now you guys have a good night coz' i'm heading to slumber.
Xoxo.

You've already faded.

Time was never on my side before
Fate turned cruel because i loved you more
Now i don't understand where we could have gone wrong
She was never meant to be in your arms

I'm worn out and i'm wasted
And i'm still looking back to where we started
But my heart is crying out for the past
And i think i can fake it
See you've already faded
Away

The way you said that i should wait for you
Like i couldn't stop and see right through
I'm caught in the middle of bitter and sweet
You were a secret that i couldn't keep

And i know i'm keeping you alive
Like a voice i hear inside my head
As time moves on i realize that all i want
Is to hold on to all of those words you said

I'm worn out and i'm wasted
And i'm still looking back to where we started
But my heart is crying out for the past
And i think i can fake it
See you've already faded
Away.

There's nothing i could do to make you see.

Harro guys! Just a random update from me. =)

Cooked pasta for lunch again today! Yuums!

Favourite brand for spaghetti and the sauce. I always opt for angel hair because they are thinner compared to the original ones. It's nicer, cooked faster and easier to digest wtf hehe. And the best sauce for pasta is definitely Prego! There's a couple of varieties actually - Traditional, Onion and Garlic and Chunky Mushroom to name a few. I'll always buy traditional because i could add my own ingredients! :D

Anyway, can anyone suggest a good pasta sauce besides Prego because i don't know if there's better ones out there. What about Leggos? :D And oh, no tomato puree puhleez. =b

Added minced pork, sausages and crabsticks besides chopped onions and garlics.

Ta-daaaa!!

Not to forget, oregano ground to spice up your meal!
:D

*Baby, do you remember?*

........

Another dedication;

"I've been sitting here staring at the clock on the wall
And i've been laying here praying, praying she wont call
It's just another call from home
And you'll get it and be gone and i'll be crying

And i'll be begging you, baby, beg you not to leave
But i'll be left here waiting
With my heart on my sleeve
Oh, for the next time we'll be here
Seems like a million years, i think i'm dying

What do i have to do to make you see?
She can't love you like me

Why don't you stay, i'm down on my knees
I'm so tired of being lonely
Don't i give you what you need
When she calls you to go
There is one thing you should know
We don't have to live this way
Baby, why don't you stay

It's too much pain, to have to bare
To love a guy you have to share

I can't take it any longer
But my will is getting stronger
And i think i know just what i have to do
I can't waste another minute
After all i've put in it
I've given you my best
Why does she gets the best of you

Baby, why don't you stay."

P/S: Remember to tell me the brand of the pasta sauce yah! :D Oh btw, i just created a fan page so that it's easier to link my posts to FB. Do 'like' it at the top right hand corner thank you because when you do so you'll be granted 3 wishes from an angel! *winks*

Love,
Sue.

Hennessy Artistry @ Mist.

Currently i'm in the library trying hard to study but PH-AIL big time so decided to blog instead. =) So here goes the post regarding Hennessy Artistry that i'd attended last Saturday with fellow awesome bloggers. We reached around 7 plus for the press conference (sorry for the wrong navigation Victoria and Sara teehee) and started drinking and nom-ing on finger foods. Had Hennessy V.S.O.P's signature long drinks - Hennessy Apple, Hennessy Ginger, Hennessy Berry and Hennessy Citrus. The best one would be apple and berry tasted like cough syrup yucks.

Before that we had dinner at Sushi Zanmai aka our second home. I bet the people around there were thinking Vic and myself were nuts because we kept playing with the iPad while lining up and continue playing while waiting for the food to be served. I'm sorry, i hope my high pitched voice didn't scare the shiet out of you guys. Hah! Next time i'm gonna win you in that flies game ohkay! :D

Cheers to a great day!

Are You Moist Enough?

Great news!

Vaseline has just come out with their new body lotion range catering to different skin needs to keep your skin moist all the time. Best of all, in collaboration with Nuffnang, Vaseline is having a contest especially for us Nuffnangers and we could easily win cash prizes up to RM7k. All you need to do is to blog about how moist are you and the best 75 written posts will get a chance to indulge themselves with sophistication at the cocktail party @ Luna Bar. Watcha waiting for? Head on to their site here for more info! =D

Here goes mine.

As all of us know, the skin is the largest organ of the body. And all the time, if not most of the time, we tend to neglect every other parts of our body as we only concentrate more on our face. Face toner, moisturizer, anti-wrinkle creams are ain't no common thing for us; especially the females.

But what we didn't know is that our other parts of the body is equally as important as well. Places like in between the fingers and toes are the most common areas to be dry, flaky and peeled off. Or in other word, the dead skin. Negligence to tiny places like these can cause itchiness and it can be a real nuisance. Not to forget, the palm of your hands. Imagine if it's dry and you start shaking everyone's hand during a gathering. Somehow, somewhat, you'll feel the embarrassment, no?

For myself, i would consider the back as another important place that should be taken care of. I love wearing tank tops and bare backs and it wouldn't be a good thing if people start looking at your back to find out that it's full with dry flaky skins or pimples and what not. I'm not saying that we have to apply lotions on the back everyday because one, its difficult to reach the back and two, typical excuse; laziness. But every once in a while, it's good to pamper your skin because it deserves to be treated that way. Ohh yeahhh!

So if you're having dry skins and you've tried all sorts of lotions but comes to no avail, fret not. Because Vaseline is here to safe you from all your hassles!

Total Moisture, Healthy White, Intensive Rescue and Aloe Cool and Fresh.

Now you can ditch all your other lotions and opt for these new babies!

So am i moist enough? Definitely! Because there's no white lines appear when i scratch my skin. It only turns pinkish. :D And there's no itchiness, no flaky skins, and friends love to hold my hands as they always say that my hand feels like tau fu.

Now tell me am i moist enough? Ahhhhhhhhhh. :)

To Vaseline and Nuffnang, thank you for another great opportunity! *keeping my fingers crossed now* Mwahs! :D

I'll end this post with simple steps to a great looking skin;

#1. Drink plenty of water to keep the skin moist, supple and refreshed. Hydrated skin = moist skin.
#2. Have sufficient sleep as sleep gives the body time to restore itself and and re-energized the body's organs and skin.
#3. Use sun protection.
#4. Give your body some quick adrenaline rush by exercising.
#5. Apply lotions/ moisturizer while your skin is damp and warm. After bath time is the prime time to do so.

Now enjoy your smooth and moist skin!

Moist like a sponge. Moist like spongebob squarepants! :D

Love,
Sue.

Wondering why do even bother about love when it doesn't last.

Say hello to my awesome instructor who slept in Harvey Norman while waiting for my bro!
Thank gawd he did not vomit blood.
I love your level of patience. Thank you!
Nyeks. =D

Chili's @ Bangsar.
We all looked extremely tired coz' it was already 2300.
But my Lamb Shoulder is always the bomb! Craving for the mash potatoes now.
Hmmm.

It's his birth month! LOL.
Brownies with vanilla ice cream on top.
Yuuuuuummmms!

....

Currently addicted to this;

How long, can i go on like this
Wishing to kiss you before i rightly explode?
Well this double life i lead isn't healthy for me
In fact it makes me nervous
If i get caught i could be risking it all
Cause' baby there's a lot that i miss
In case i'm wrong

Well all i really wanna do is to love you
A kind much closer than friends use
I still can't say it after all we've been through
And all i really want from you is to feel me
As the feeling inside keeps building
And i'll find a way to you if it kills me
If it kills me.

=)

P/S: If it wasn't for you, i wouldn't have realized that there's better ones out there who have been standing at my back door all these while. I definitely deserve more than i can get and to be frank, you're not worth at all.

Love,
Sue.

Dinner @ Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant.

Once again, i'm a satisfied patron. *wide smile to the ears*

Today, we dine in at Daorae Korean BBQ Restaurant @ Kota Damansara (situated right opposite of Sunway Giza) and i thought it was a pretty good idea as we kindda got bored of having Japanese food most of the time. So we headed there after buying some dilly dally stuffs from SSF and the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with such warm greetings (even though the waiters were mostly Nepalese, but they were trained professionally). We were also greeted by posters of Rain and Super Juniors at the entrance lol.

Fyi, they serve authentic and delicious barbeque dishes with very simple yet comfortable ambience and wooden chairs and tables used to mimic the good old days in Korea. Portraits of Korean females too were hung around the restaurant to add to it's Korea-ish atmosphere =/.

This is the Sam Kyub Sal (slices of pork belly) which they cooked it for us there and then. It's really tender and juicy and the sauces just spice up everything purrr-fect-to-ly.

They called it the Ban-Chan (small portions of side dishes served along with meal). They can be replenished as many times as you want. The most popular one would be the kimchi of course. Just so you know, during cold winter in the olden days, cultivation was practically unavailable so all they did was pickling using salt and they only found out about spices and seasonings back in the 7th century. After much 'experiments', this is how kimchi taste like today.

The set rice which i'd forgotten it's name. Basically it's a combination of egg, crabsticks, seaweed, vegetables, mushrooms, seasonings, etc etc etc. All you need to do is just mixed them well and waaa-lah!

This is Kimchi Jjigae, a spicy combination of meat, vegetables, kimchi, tofu, etc etc etc in kimchi soup with Korean Noodles. Highly recommended!

Korean pancake! The Korean lady boss treat us this for free and we were given complimentary drinks as well - barley with ginger and brown sugar to cleanse the tummy after devouring on those food. Thank you lady boss! =)

Overall, it was a good experience and all you need to do is just sit and wait to be served. In no time, you'll find all the food arranged perfectly right below your nose only waiting for you to feast on them. =)

....

By the way, we learnt about the brain yesterday during Psychology's class. And here's one interesting and cute video shown by Ms. Yoke Teng which i would like to share with you guys.

Yeah. Pinky & The Brain!
Hindbrain, midbrain, forebrain, medulla, pons, cerebellum, frontal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, temporal lobe, bla bla bla yada yada.
=D

Goodnight peeps!

Love,
Sue.

Sweet escape.

The journey to Kuala Selangor was actually quite horrendous because the weather was scorching hot and it was jammed. We took around 2 hours to reach our destination but it was all fine when the food came. If you didn't know, Kuala Selangor is famous for their cheap and tasty seafood. Feel free to visit their site here. =)

Both of our lefts and rights were palm tree plantations.
Green is good for the eyesight! Especially when the sun is shining so bright right above the head. :D

A loooooong way to go.

Spot the monkeys with really long tails!

I love the fishballs! Fresh and squingy! Errr, squingy? Nvm. =b

Keropoks! And fresh seafood.

Grandma and mum were pursing their lips. And i just realized, that old man beside my grandma was also doing the same. Heeeee. I guess it's a human nature that we all do purse our lips when we're engross with something, don't we? Or only the older ones tend to do it more often?

Good boy, didn't get cranky on such a hot and humid day.

With imma's retarded bro. He gotta pay tax to me every month right after he gets his salary. Muahahahaha. Such a good bro i know. =/

Coconuts to cool the body! RM 2 for one.

He's so adorable.

All in all, it was a great day with the entire family. Bonding strong. Such love!

....

My fantabulous melted chocolate. =(
Bought it the night before and totally forgot to bring it out from the car.
I bet i'll be in cloud nine if i poke a hole n suck it like choki choki. Teehee.

Holidays are over! Back to uni tomorrow. Hello Monday blues.

Have a great week ahead!

Upcoming events : Premiere screening of The American @ Sunway on Wednesday and Henessy Artistry on Saturday.

Love,
Sue.

Have you ever been in love?

In the morning light
Half awake and half asleep
Have you ever laid there thinking
Was it all a dream?
But you reached out and he's there
Every moment, everywhere
Have you ever been in love?

Have you ever felt how far a heart can fall
Have you ever stayed up waiting
For a telephone call just to hear him say hello
Have you ever been in love?

Have there been times to laugh
And times you really want to cry
Finding reasons to believe him
Cause' you'd die a little if he lied
And when in times of doubt
Have you ever tried to work it out
But still he leaves you wondering
What its all about

And when he's far way
Have you ever felt the need to stray
And tried and then discovered
It just doesn't pay
Cause' with him, you can be true
And with him, you can be you
Have you ever been in love?

And when the night comes down
Can you call your house a home
Do you still dream you're still together
And wake up alone
Have you ever been in love
The way that i'm in love
Have you ever been in love?

I did.

Love,
Sue.

Each time our eyes met,
the same feelings i get.
You're still number one.

Let's see what life has got to offer.

Greetings!

So this is basically what we did for the day. Nothing much, but had a great time with the family.

We baked mooncakes!

If you realized, to buy a piece of mooncake now from those supermarkets will easily cost you at least RM12-15. But today, we'd made a total of around 45 pieces of mooncakes to be given out to relatives and friends and our costings were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than you can imagine.

There's pure lotus, pandan, red bean and mixed nuts.
Looking forward to Mooncake Festival already! =D

Then we had dinner in some restaurant called MYC @ Kepong which serves amazingly delicious food to satisfy the big tummy of mine. Their specialties include grape wine marmite pork, steam fish, and crabbies to name a few. Didn't take much pics cause' as usual, i was busy gobbling up the food. But i'll salivate you with two pics.

Salted egg crabby.

Crabby in sweet n sour sauce. Comes with sweet buns too!
The meat was 'bouncing'! Yeah, you get what i mean. =)

Tomorrow will be another long day with the family at Kuala Selangor. Do come back for more updates!

P/S: I know my blog has double headers and double posts. Do bear with me for a lil while more yah cause' i'm still opting for a much simpler one! Will fix it by Monday i hope.

*big warm teddy hugs*

Toodles!

Love,
Sue.

....
It still feels like the first kiss together.

Stress starts kicking in.

Hey all!

I hope everyone's doing fine yah.

On my side, it's been a rough week for me because short semester literally KILLS. On Monday, we had presentation for Intro to Advertising on the second day of classes itself, and today, we just had our Test 1 for Intro to Psychology 1. Then assignments started pouring in and exams on every other week. Finals will be around 18th of October, which means, we have barely 4 to 5 weeks to go. *wipes sweat*

*

Tonight, i'd been changing my blog template for like the 4th time already. And i'll keep on doing it till i'm satisfied. So let's just make do with this first aight. =)

Neway, it's exactly 2am now and i shall hit the sack! Goodnight guys!

And not to forget, i would like to wish all the Muslims out there a Selamat Hari Raya! 'Maaf Zahir & Batin.' Have a fun-filled festival and enjoy all the mouth stuffings and weight gaining yea!

Much love! <3

Love,
Sue.

When a heart breaks, it doesn't breakeven.

"I can't believe how you slurred at me
With your half wired broken jaw
You popped my heart seams
On my bubble dreams, bubble dreams

I can't believe how you looked at me
With your Johnie Walker eyes
He's gonna get you and after he's through
There's gonna be no love left to rye

And i know that it's complicated
But i'm a loser in love
So baby raise a glass to mend
All the broken hearts
Of all my wrecked up friends

Oh boy, you've left me speechless."

- Speechless.

At a crossroad.

Have you ever come across this situation, where you don't know which path to take? I'm pretty sure everyone has experienced this; at a crossroad, choosing a path. Yesterday, Angeline and myself went to the park for a jog and we came across this crossroad. "Which path should we take darl?", she asked. Without much hesitation, i replied, ''Let's take the bottom one.'' It wasn't because i know where it will leads us to, but it was because i felt like it, my first instinct told me that that was it. We didn't know what the other path might bring, but at least this path was worth the jog.

*google*

Similarly, life can be quite complex at times. Most of the time, we don't know how to decide on certain things because we are afraid of the aftermath. As we tried to be optimistic and think further to decide, the "what ifs" will then come in between and kept on bugging us continuously. But as life goes on, i realized that it doesn't really matter which path we take because the possibilities are seemingly unlimited. Sometimes we cared too much about the outcomes until everything felt so wrong in the end.

*google*

There may have been a million directions, many big or small decisions to make, chances and changes but what matters most, is the path that we are in right now. Do what it takes, if it makes you happy. Do what make sense to you, even when nobody gets it or follows you. Because this is only the beginning. This is where the spark is, this is where the momentum lives and sooner or later you'll discover your real pink/yellow/green or purple brick road is exactly the path you're looking for - call that the right path. Enjoy and embrace each moment now instead of thinking the path as an isolated road from where you could never go back or jump to another path. Start to imagine that your paths are running on parallel. By doing this, you'll feel more happy about life.

Sometimes, it's alright to make mistakes, as long as we learn from them one day. No doubt that for everything that we've done, there's always a price to pay. But note that, life can be amazingly wonderful as well if we learn to cherish things, if we learn to look things at the brighter side. Sometimes, life can really be as easy as ABC.

I finally see things in a different perspective now. =)

Love,
Sue.

...
I believe that
what's worth the price
is always worth the fight.
