Dinner at Ka-Soh.

The entire family was treated to a wonderful dinner at Ka-Soh last Sunday, the night before we headed to Cameron Highlands. Ka-Soh, which means daughter-in-law in Cantonese, hints the customers that it is ain't any fine dining restaurant. They serve dishes that are all simple yet delicious home-cooked food which you can rarely find in restaurants nowadays. If you`re looking for a good restaurant that serves scrumptious home-cooked food, i recommend you to come here.

*Their specialities*

*Deep Fried Prawn Paste Chicken*

The spices that they used really goes well with the chicken. Very crispy and tasty. And i shall say juicy too?

*Curry Fish Head*

This is one of the best curry fish head you can find in town.

*Asparagus*

Fried with chillies, onions and shrimps.

*Crispy Pork Knuckles*

Oh gawd, i tell you. This is so darn nice. The skin is very crispy and the meat is tender. But all good stuffs come with a bad thing right? That layer of fats, right below the skin, just make sure you don't eat 'em. That is, if you don't want your heart and lungs to be filled with thick layers of oil. Theres always pros and cons. :)

*Deep Fried Pork Intestines*

It tastes like keropok. lol. Best eaten with sweet sauce.

This is really the typical kind of home-cooked dish. Its just normal tau-fu where we can always find in the market. But what makes it so special is the sauce that goes so well with the spring onions, fried onions and shrimps. Very good for my granpa and gandma.

Whats dinner without a glass of red wine eh?
=)

*The so-called adult table*

Me feeling rather bloated after the meal.
*vain-pot*

And when the rose turns blue,
